These are the best boards in the world for pastry making and chocolate work. Nothing else comes even close. They are so good because of the unusual properties of marble which is difficult to heat up remaining cool to the touch.  The fact that marble stays cold also helps the food to stay cool and fresh too. Easy to wash in the sink but not in dish washer.  These boards are heavy but are a very nice size at 60 x 40 cm. Comes in black or Italian whilte.
